Finding my joy.....my antidote

Of late, I have found myself searching tirelessly for those aspects of life that make me happy ( that kind of happy that over-rides the petty trials that a lot of us go through)

Where am I looking for my joy from? The only place that hasn't disappointed is "within myself"....just looking for the little things that add that little bit of flavour. So far, I have realised that I find it easy and joyful to enjoy my own company, reading, writing and pondering strange occurrences over coffee....

My antidote against this seemingly wretched world is somewhere within me.....that's my joy!
