I can't possibly contain my excitement for my yoga intro class. This could be the start of something beautiful and life-changing.
I've been on the look out for affordable classes closer to my pad. Thankfully, the one Shanti Yoga Studio is only two blocks away, which makes it just a few pleasant minutes walk during the summer.
I get to buy a new mat, and some comfy yoga garb...
