According to Elizabeth Messer, I've been practicing yoga for a long time:
She shares,
- When you pause the work day to take a breath and stretch, you are practicing yoga.
- When you lose yourself in a beautiful song, you are practicing yoga.
- When the sun kisses your face, and you feel warmed from the inside out, you are practicing yoga.
- When you cry out of joy or laughter, and smile through pain, you are practicing yoga.
- When you share a meal of wholesome ingredients with the ones you love, you are practicing yoga.
Now, I'm seriously wanting to take this to the next level. Earlier this year, I went to my first yoga class and it was a huge success. I didn't cringe, nor did I want to give up. Time didn't allow for me to go to another class. ( Bad excuse! *shame on me*)
Anywho, now that I'm living in Kampala, I'm actively searching for one and google my "saviour" just pinpointed one studio that could be ideal for me seeing that I work within proximity to it.
Still on the topic of Elizabeth, she knits wonderful creations, Cardamom; Check out these gems on her store:
